In 2012, Sándor was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, i.e. lymph cancer. Alongside and throughout his treatment, he took medicinal mushrooms. During the healing process, the symptoms of the disease recurred only once; exactly when he stopped taking the medicinal mushrooms for a short period. Today, doctors have confirmed that he is cured.
