Pulmonary hypertension (PAH) is a life-threatening disease. In such cases, the medication that maintains the disease is usually administered with a device that is worn all day long, an infusion pump. The constant treatment also comes with unpleasant side effects. Zsófia’s doctors were surprised to find that based on her results, wearing the device all day long was no longer necessary, which is very rare with this disease.
