Синус-тромбоз встречается довольно редко. У Беа он возник в конце октября 2017 года, когда ей было 46 лет, а спустя несколько дней её сердце остановилось. В больнице через два месяца врачи уже не давали никакой надежды, но муж настоял на том, чтобы забрать её домой, и начал ухаживать за ней сам.
Сегодня Беа снова ходит, разговаривает и уже умеет контролировать мочеиспускание.
