Huntington’s disease and Proinsulin C-Peptide

Kati is 34 years old. She lived her life as a healthy woman until she was 30, then she was gradually overwhelmed by a hereditary neurodegenerative disease called Huntington’s disease. The doctors informed Kati’s mother that the disease is incurable and a gradual mental and physical deterioration is probable. However, Kati’s mom can see improvement in her daughter’s movement, manual skill and speech. She thinks Kati has become more active, she is not as tired as before and even her mood changes have stopped.
