Tamás Gajdos, a well-known TV presenter, turned 60 two years ago. He is doing cross-country running, mountain biking, motorsports, car racing and watersports on a regular basis. He also tries to influence his followers to do sports on a daily basis and to maintain an active lifestyle.
He became European champion in senior category in 2019 at the European Laser Run Championship in Weiden and won the pentathlon World Cup a month later at the Laser Run in masters category.
